Southwest Chicken

The Southwest Chicken was a big hit in my house. I bought the Spanish Rice & Sauce (Great Value brand) at Walmart and served it with the chicken. It was great.

Turkey Chili

The chili needs to simmer a while before enjoying. I usually cook it all day in the crockpot on low. I also add more pepper and crushed red pepper to make it more spicy.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I made extra sauce for the sweet and sour meatballs so you could serve them with rice and have plent y of sauce for the rice. You can warm the meatballs up in a pot, they are fully cooked and ready to eat. Thanks Nicki and Mindy for rolling all those meatballs, I know that was alot of work.

Friday Frenzy

Thanks to everyone who worked hard on Friday preparing the meals.
A special thanks to Louise who worked extra hard to make Friday night a success.
We will decide at our next meeting if we want to do that again, or go back to the old way of doing things, or a little bit of each.
