Chicken Marsala

I served spaghetti noodles with butter, with the chicken marsala. My family loved it. It could use some more sauce, I can double the recipe next time I make it.

The pork enchiladas were a big hit in my family, they loved them. I served them witht he Spanish Rice and everyone gobbled them up.

I think I voted twice on the Broccoli cheese bake. I voted improve because I think it was too dry, but that would be easy to fix. Also, if you would rather have corn instead of broccoli, that would be easy to do also, just let me know.

Southwest Chicken

The Southwest Chicken was a big hit in my house. I bought the Spanish Rice & Sauce (Great Value brand) at Walmart and served it with the chicken. It was great.
